The procurement feature prepares Vertec for professional procurement processes thanks to structured processes. It also documents responsibilities and links outlays with accounts payable and projects. This provides comprehensive tracking up to the final charging.
How it works
The procurement feature expands Vertec with a structured management of outlays and purchases. The prerequisite for use is the licensing of the module "Purchases".
After import, a folder structure is created that depicts all phases of the purchasing process – from planning to approval to charging. Outlays can be entered either directly on a project or via creditors, documenting information such as type, amount, supplier and status.
- Centralized approvals, with clear status and responsibilities
- As soon as an outlay is linked to a creditor and the invoice is created, it is automatically marked as settled
- All Purchases in project controlling are taken into account – including expenses and expenses

How long does it take to create and submit a quotation with Vertec?
In Vertec, you first create your project structure. Subsequently, the individual project phases or work packages can be added to an offer per drag & drop. In addition, you can also link externally generated offers to your projects in Vertec with just a few clicks.
Can I create multiple quotation templates?
You can create several templates for offers and save them in Vertec. This makes sense for different business areas, target industries or languages. When creating a new offer, simply select the appropriate template. Depending on the offer, different text modules can be saved and used.
