BI revenue share

How this feature creates benefits

The feature “BI Revenue Share” enables the evaluation and visualization of revenue shares in Vertec’s BI module. Employees thus receive a transparent overview of their expected and realized sales shares. Companies benefit from a clear tracking of revenue shares and a fair, comprehensible calculation. This increases transparency, motivation and facilitates company management through precise BI evaluations.

How it works

Integration in Vertec

• On the page “Accounting” of the relevant user, the field "revenue share" is added
• Users with a defined value appear in the HR folder under “Users with revenue share”.

BI KPIs

Two key performance indicators ("KPIs") become available in the Vertec BI module:

• Revenue share: expected revenue share based on billed services, regardless of receipt of payment
• Revenue share realized: Participation based on already paid services and down payments

Calculation criteria

• Only invoices that have been settled with the employee’s services will be taken into account
• The invoice date must be within the BI period
• Down payments are only considered, if they are paid and linked to a service invoice
• Expenses and outlays are not taken into account
• Partial payments reduce the revenue share realized, as it is based on the total amount

Data updates

• Daily updates of KPIs measured by the planned task “BI re-calculation”
