Yes, you can manage and evaluate all tasks for your team in Vertec. In addition to their own tasks, you can define which user can view tasks of other employees via the general user rights system in Vertec.
In Vertec, gross capacity means the available working time before considering absences (vacations, sickness, compensation), but including absences of the type “free” (e.g. public holidays).
Net capacity refers to the working time available after considering all types of absence.
