The feature utilizes the system of keyword folders, the CRM address structure, and customizable additional labels.
Vertec supports you in planning, executing and evaluating typical marketing measures such as campaigns, mailings or events. Segmentation plays a key Role in this process: You provide contacts with freely selectable keywords, such as customer, lead, supplier, or sort them by industry, interest potential or size. This segmentation is the basis for targeted campaign management and can be used in newsletter tools such as MailChimp, for example.
In Vertec, folders can be marked as keyword folders. Subfolders of this folder are then used as keywords that you can assign to any entries, such as addresses or projects. Change to the folder name automatically affects all assigned entries. You can also define whether the assignment should be exclusive (one entry only in one subfolder) or inclusive.
The additional feature “Remote Folder CRM” creates a basic structure for addresses and CRM data in Vertec. It includes, for example, keyword folders for industries, address types such as customer, supplier or other, categories for contacts or newsletter distribution lists. This structure provides the basis for targeted segmentation in address management.

If you update your customer history in Vertec, you can view it at any time. The history is filterable and is displayed either in an entire list or as a cluster of activities such as emails or phone calls. We call this the activity feed. Full-text search allows all authorized persons to search content stored in Vertec, including emails. With the Outlook AppOutlook App, you can see the activity feed of a contact directly in Outlook.
An email is saved as an activity in Vertec directly from Outlook and thus can be made visible to anyone, provided the required user rights are granted. Activities can also be recorded on the go using the Vertec Phone App, while email conversations can easily be saved with Vertec Outlook App.
