Quickly search emails and documents stored in Vertec
Full-text search enables efficient retrieval of relevant information in Vertec. It ensures fast search, reduces search effort and also includes external content such as emails, their attachments and documents in the search process.
Full-text search has been available since Vertec version 6.8. Indexing runs automatically in the background and ensures that search results are available quickly and reliably, so you have all the information you are looking for fast on hand.
Module “Services & CRM”
From service and expense recording to post-calculation, costing and controlling: With Vertec you are optimally positioned as a project- or mandate-oriented service company. With the Business Intelligence module, you can even visualize data directly in the Vertec interface.

All generated documents are automatically saved to the defined location. External documents can be easily linked and saved in Vertec. You assign them directly to a project or a contact, and then Vertec copies the documents to the location. After that, you can open the documents in Vertec at any time.
Documents created in Vertec, such as invoices or offers, can be saved as a PDF, Word, Excel or CSV file. If required, you can also set up other file formats.
