Business Intelligence directly in CRM and ERP: Which of your projects has the highest contribution margin? Which service types generate the highest turnover? These and many other queries can be evaluated graphically in Vertec. With just a few clicks, you can receive a business analysis of all relevant performance data.

How BI works in Vertec
Simple controlling in Vertec
With the Model Business Intelligence, you can show yourself and display your most important measures in the form of bar, pie or line charts in the CRM and ERP of Vertec with just a few clicks. You can determine the period to be evaluated individually. With the BI module, future measures can be calculated (forecast). The graphics are particularly suitable for passing on the relevant key figures to management, management or project managers, as they quickly provide an overview.
Individual evaluations and KPIs
The list evaluations allow you to analyze all objects in Vertec. These evaluations can be shown in the software in list form, as bar, pie or line graph (time series), depending on your requirements. In addition to a series of predefined measures, you can also change them or define your own values for graphical preparation.
Analyze data of individual employees
At the employee level, there are various evaluation options for the analysis. All key Kpi relevant to an employee can be displayed in a freely selectable time period. These can be sales figures, costs incurred, time hours or invoiced percentage of services.
Detailed evaluations and comparisons
With the BI feature you can evaluate different projects in detail. Look at the key measures per service type, user or phase level. These can be the entered fee, the contribution margin and the costs incurred. Which projects were the most lucrative in which period? Compare several projects with each other and use these key measures for your controlling and the evaluation of the general profitability of individual projects. The desired currency can be selected on the BI view. The diagrams can be displayed from different dimensions (e.g. per project instead of per KPI).
Data evaluations in folders
Do you want to select data from a large amount of data? Or create an intersection of data with specific criteria or keywords? In Vertec, you can sort data into folders with a click or by using conditions. You can then display these folders as graphics using the Business Intelligence module.
Fast export to Excel
All KPIs and graphs from Vertec can be exported to Excel.
Using Vertec data in other BI programs
With the BI API you can use and process the data you have pre-calculated in Vertec in other programs (e.g. Microsoft Power BI).

Can I transfer and use my data in other systems such as BI tools?
This is possible with the BI API. Alternatively, simple CSV or Excel exports and subsequent import in to BI tools is also possible.
Can I display evaluations individually in Vertec?
Yes, you can compile any key measures into an analysis table for customers, projects or target groups (management, management, ...). The individual analysis folders can be expanded according to your requirements. They are available for download. With the BI module you can visualize data and adapt the presentation to your needs.

Which reports are available by default?
Vertec provides a variety of reports. An overview of our standard reports can be found in our Knowledge Base.
How do I write a report?
With Vertec, you can generate standardized as well as custom reports. These can be, for example, offers, invoices, a list of expenses to reimburse or the budget overview of a project. The reports are either in Word, Excel or PDF format. The layout basis is usually created as a template in Word or Excel. The data being individual KPIs from Vertec is stored as Python code.
