The operator specification system in Vertec controls standard hours, vacation, salary and overheads via temporally valid settings at group or employee level, whereby individual settings take precedence. Value such as weekly standard hours or holiday entitlement are scaled according to the employment level and can be calculated precisely for the period – even taking into account cut-off dates and leap years.
