Vertec has extensions to the most common FAR sub-systems
Vertec has a variety of extensions to the most common financial accounting and reporting systems ("FAR") that contribute to a smooth invoicing process.
The FAR interfaces in Vertec enable direct data exchange between Vertec and afore mentioned systems. This allows invoice and accounting data to be transmitted without manual post-processing which saves you time and keeps the risk of errors to a minimum. Many of these interfaces are already cloud-ready.
The key advantages are:
Companies benefit from an end-to-end process between project management and financial accounting.
Vertec serves as a central platform for project management, time tracking and invoicing. The FAR interfaces seamlessly transfer invoices and accounting information generated in Vertec to financial accounting, reducing media disruptions and ensuring data consistency.
The interfaces cover a variety of common financial accounting systems, including Abacus, Sage, SAP, DATEV (Germany) and other systems that can handle XML, CSV or specific import formats. Depending on the relevant FAR system, both accounts receivable and accounts payable can be exported.

Yes, because Vertec has been developed specifically for service providers. When invoicing, you can still edit the services to be invoiced, and you can invoice both at fixed prices and depending on expenditure (hours and material). Of course, you can also invoice travel expenses and other expenses, too.
Invoice data is transferred using extensions. Many of these F&A interfaces are already cloud-ready. For more information, see the Knowledge Base article on all Vertec extensions at a glance.
